General Manager
Job Description

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Mon-Fri: 10 AM - 6PM (Tuesdays, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)

As General Manager, you'll lead daily operations, motivate and engage employees, and drive improvements through active participation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with diverse teams, and a hands-on approach. You'll also collaborate with the executive team to develop strategies for business success and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

01. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including, but not limited to, finance, human resources, marketing and customer service
02. Develop and implement operational strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
03. Provide leadership and guidance to all employees, ensuring that they are motivated and engaged in their work
04. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute long-term strategic plans
05. Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to ensure that the company operates within its financial constraints
06. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and partners
07. Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
0.8 Communicate regularly to the CEO, providing updates on the company's performance and progress towards its goals
0.9 Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization
10. Lead team and project meetings, and maintain and coordinate operational calendar, including managing related communications

Required Skills/Traits:

- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in managing diverse teams and driving business growth
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong orientation and competence with digital reporting tools, including process and project management tools
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and financial plans
- Ability to think creatively, with a willingness to take calculated risks
- Strong sense of ethics and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive organizational transformation

Qualifications:

- MBA or Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in managing diverse teams and driving business growth
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Any additional, relevant certificates and qualifications should be submitted
